We go to the back country to really get to know each other, to help each other, and to trust each other. I have been in this school two weeks and already know that I can count on every single person in this classroom to cheer me up. I know them. They know me. We can share all of our emotions safely. I can’t really explain how being in the rain and hail does this, but it does, and I am glad. I didn’t know this a month ago.
