For teaching positions, balancing both rigor and project-based learning, the ideal candidate’s goal is to inspire students while providing them with the knowledge and skills to thrive in college. Additionally, they are excited to instill students with academic research, literacy, and writing skills while also connecting the historical narrative to current ideologies. The ideal candidate would see students as individuals with their own unique strengths and areas for growth and also seek continual improvement as an educator.
