Tim Drysdale

Tim is serving as a dorm parent at Spring Street International School. He was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, but also spent many seasons working in Colorado at a summer camp and outdoor school. As a person of many interests, Tim studied theatre, played high-level rugby, and sang and acted a bit during college. After college, Tim did some acting and substitute teaching before working as a dorm director, and a rugby coach at his former college. As a coach/educator, character education is important to him. He loves to encourage students to think about the values that drive them and discover more about themselves. Tim is very excited to move to Friday Harbor with his incredible wife and two cats and get to know all the dorm’s students.
