A Vital Asset to Our Community

Spring Street International School has a well-defined mission of service to the community. We have become a community asset Globe In Lobby at SSISbecause we have always kept a clear vision, guided by simple principles and values: compassion and care for each and every family and student.

Service

We recognize the value of contributions made by each individual school and our local community. To foster a sense of community at home, in school and abroad, as well as to instill the value of service, it is expected that each student will serve in a variety of ways, including assisting local community projects, non-profit organizations, and/or people in need.

All middle school students are expected to complete and document at least 10 hours of community service per year. All high school students complete 20 hours of community service annually as a graduation requirement.
