Enrollment Agreement/Fees
International Students

There are many things to take into account in choosing a school, but the most important by far is to consider how it will fit with your child’s needs. Spring Street International School is more than an academic institution – it is also a critical social and emotional environment for your child’s formative years. It is a strong community that parents and families can feel a part of as they contribute to the development of their child and her/his place in the world.

International Applications for Admission

Applications should be sent no later than July 1, 2010.  Since only a limited number of students are accepted each year, you should submit your application as soon as possible.

If enrolling privately, there are two documents needed for application (links are below this paragraph). If using an agency, some of the application pages may be superceded by agency forms such as their own teacher recommendation letters or family information history.

  • Enrollment agreement/application
  • Parent, Teacher and Student Application forms

The key pieces of information required for any application are:

  • Teacher recommendations
  • Current transcripts
  • Language scores from either Slep, Toefl or equivalent. Toefl IBT is preferred

Once accepted, Spring Street International School will issue a formal acceptance letter and create the I-20 so students can obtain their Visas.  Down payments are expected prior to issuance of the I-20.

Acceptances should be confirmed within two weeks of receipt, along with the tuition deposit. This will be credited towards the tuition fee.  If your F-1 visa application is not approved, this deposit will be returned to you.

Students will also need to procure a medical plan and ID while enrolled at SSIS.
